We are looking to hire a passionate and dedicated salesperson (Partner Success Representative) in North County who shares that passion with us and is looking for a place to grow long-term. This position includes a paid 3-month training period, then transitions into a primarily commission-based compensation structure with mileage reimbursements and benefits.

This is NOT your typical office job.

This is an incredible opportunity to get in early with a company that has ambitious growth goals. We need the right people to make those goals a reality. This position is primarily remote (in the field), with occasional meetings required over Zoom and in our Miramar office.

Compensation: 

Realistic path to $120,000 - $250,000+

Compensation:

Responsibilities:

• Prospect for new acquisition opportunities within your assigned territory (North County San Diego).

• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and referral partners.

• Analyze properties, evaluate deals, and collaborate on offer strategies.

• Negotiate and manage deals throughout the acquisition process.

• Consistently follow up on leads and maintain an organized pipeline.

• Keep CRM and activity tracking up to date.

• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development.

• Live our mission and values — and do whatever it takes to help the team win.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in residential real estate (licensed CA agent; must transfer license).

• You love people and have a passion for building long-term relationships.

• Based in North County, San Diego, with reliable transportation for frequent property visits.

• Reliable laptop, high-speed internet, and a quiet workspace.

• Self-motivated, accountable, and confident in negotiating.
