Role Description The Maintenance Technician is a full-time, on-site role located in Durand, WI, responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of production and facility equipment. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting machinery, performing routine and preventive maintenance, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, and completing repairs to minimize downtime. The role also involves documenting maintenance activities, assisting with equipment installation or upgrades, and collaborating with production staff to address equipment-related concerns. The Maintenance Technician helps maintain a clean, safe work environment and follows all safety and food production standards. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance. Candidates should possess skills in Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair. Candidates should possess skills in Preventive Maintenance and maintaining maintenance records. Experience in a manufacturing or food production environment is beneficial. Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and follow safety procedures. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and in a team. Willingness to work on-site in Durand, WI, and to support flexible scheduling as needed.
