Cape Fear Valley Health is seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Urologist to join Cape Fear Valley Urology, a well-established practice providing advanced care for both common and complex urologic conditions.

The practice is conveniently located at Robeson Plaza and offers comprehensive diagnostic services, office-based procedures and surgical treatment for adult men and women. The incoming physician will join a collaborative team of eight urologists, two advanced practice providers and experienced clinical support staff .

Position Highlights

• Established and growing urology practice

• Collaborative team of eight physicians and two advanced practice providers

• State-of-the-art diagnostic, procedural and surgical care

• Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

• Up to seven nights of call per month

• Supportive clinical and administrative staff

• Flexible scheduling and dedicated administrative time

• Base salary plus uncapped wRVU productivity potential

• Quality and productivity incentives

The practice provides evaluation and treatment for a broad range of conditions, including:

• Prostate, kidney and bladder cancers

• Kidney stones

• Urinary incontinence

• Sexual dysfunction

• Vasectomies

• Other genitourinary disorders

Academic and Teaching Opportunities

Physicians may have opportunities to work with residents and participate in clinical education through Cape Fear Valley Health's growing academic programs and the Methodist University School of Medicine at Cape Fear Valley.
