Every other Friday off Great benefits Collaborative culture Growth Opportunities Job Details Must Haves 3-5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role Manufacturing industry experience Accounting - handling month end, reporting, budgeting, and FP&A, cash flow forecasting Local tax knowledge & understanding of tax audits GAAP Advanced Excel Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance In-depth knowledge of ERP systems is essential Responsibilities Complete all day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the Company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory management, and banking activities Support cash flow management and implementation of cash flow estimate tool Manage month-end close activities Preparation and submittal of all tax declarations and statutory filings Implement and monitor internal controls in all financial reporting processes Perform the company budgeting and financial planning processes Assist in audits, banking relationships, and insurance matters Review P&L activity and ensure timely and accurate monthly accruals Handle sales tax filings and work directly with our tax preparers Interested in hearing more?
