ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 1978 and currently lead a team of eight. Before joining State Farm, I was an agent with another insurance company. Outside of work, I'm a proud grandparent to eight grandchildren and a lifelong car enthusiast. I participate in a monthly Cars & Coffee event and even hold a road racing license. Our agency is beginning to expand its involvement in community events, and we're excited to continue building relationships and giving back as we grow. Our agency offers a 401k, health benefits, licensing cost reimbursement, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We believe in supporting our team while creating an enjoyable and rewarding workplace. As an Account Associate for Gary Merideth - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.QUALIFICATIONS:
