Job Title: Gantry Crane Operator Pay Rate: $26-28 based on experience Location: West Jefferson, OH Shifts Available:
- 1st shift 6am-4:30pm Mon-Thurs (training from 8am-4pm M-F) Will eventually move to 10 hour shifts- 4 days a week.
- Operate gantry cranes to lift, move, position, and secure materials within the warehouse
- Perform pre-operation inspections of crane equipment and report maintenance issues
- Safely sling, rig, and balance loads according to weight limits and procedures
- Coordinate with warehouse team members, supervisors, and riggers during lifts
- Maintain accurate documentation for loads, movements, and inspections
- Temp to hire

- Knowledge of rigging techniques , load limits, and hand signals
- Ability to read load charts, work orders, and safety instructions
