Job Overview The Floating Administrator-Licensed manages all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the designated or assigned Program on an interim basis, ensuring regulatory compliance and actively overseeing quality assurance performance improvements. The role collaborates with all corporate departments, outside consultants, and representatives of the program to State/County agencies, community partners, and consumer groups, and requires extensive travel across the region. Employees in this role participate in a structured on‑call rotation, remaining accessible and prepared to respond to work‑related needs within a designated timeframe. Shifts Available Full‑time; Monday – Friday; 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, plus some on‑call responsibilities as needed. Compensation Expected starting wage range: $127,357.12 – $157,289.14 (Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements). Region On‑site for Administrator & Clinical Director vacancies throughout the following counties: Orange, Los Angeles, Ventura, Santa Barbara, Kern, and the state of Arizona. What You Bring to the Table (Must Have) Master’s degree in social services with a California clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, Psy.D., or RN). Four (4) years of experience in an administrative management position in a health care setting, with at least two (2) years in a substance use treatment program. Two (2) years of responsibility for supervision of professional staff, budgeting, program planning, and licensing. Understanding of community mental health and substance use services, psychiatric rehabilitation concepts, and the recovery philosophy. Must be at least 21 years of age. Must be CPR, First Aid, and CPI certified (hands‑on course) on date of employment or prior to providing direct client care and maintain current certification throughout employment. Valid and current driver’s license and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver. Willingness to use your personal vehicle to attend meetings; mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate.
