Store Manager The Store Manager serves as the face of ACE Cash Express to our customers. On top of providing customer service and facilitating sales, you will also build professional relationships with customers, and gain in-depth knowledge of our lending (where applicable), check cashing and card services. Support Sales Associates and guide them toward success in their roles. Prioritize active listening, clear communication, and empathy in all customer interactions. Manage operations and drive overall store performance, which may include cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services. Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and strict compliance with industry regulations and safety guidelines. Qualifications Two or more years of retail experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in Spanish is welcomed in most markets. Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently. Strong communication and customer service skills. Travel There may be occasions where the employee will travel to other stores to work. Physical Demands Regularly required to stand for extended periods, sit, walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, bend, and engage in verbal communication and active listening. Ability to see clearly at both close and distant ranges. Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Must be able to work 10-12 hours in a confined work area, subject to state specific labor laws.
