Oak Hill Country Club is one of the nation's premier private clubs, where thoughtful, attentive service is at the heart of the member experience. We're looking for an individual to support our service team and learn the standards and details that make exceptional hospitality possible.

You'll work alongside experienced servers, bartenders, culinary professionals, and managers while gaining hands-on experience in a refined dining environment.

Restaurant experience is welcome, but not required. We are happy to train someone with the right attitude and desire to learn.
What You'll Do

• Assist the service team in providing polished, attentive service to members and guests.
• Deliver food from the kitchen to the dining room and ensure plates are presented properly.
• Clear and reset tables promptly and discreetly throughout service.
• Assist with beverage service and other member requests.
• Keep dining rooms and service stations clean, organized, and properly stocked.
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily service preparations.
• Support servers, bartenders, and culinary team members to keep service running smoothly.
• Communicate member requests or concerns to the appropriate team member or manager.
• Take pride in the small details that contribute to an exceptional dining experience.

What We're Looking For

You don't have to be an experienced server to succeed here. We're looking for someone who is:

• Dependable and eager to learn.
• Friendly, personable, and comfortable interacting with members and guests.
• Interested in developing skills in fine dining and hospitality.
• A strong team player who can work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional and polished in their approach to service.
• Previous restaurant, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is helpful, but not required.
• At least 18 years old.
