Milestone Property Group is seeking a licensed Showing Assistant to help provide an exceptional experience for our buyer clients. This role is ideal for a motivated real estate professional who wants to gain more hands-on experience, work alongside experienced agents, and develop the skills needed for long-term success in the industry.

An active Ohio real estate license is required.

As a Showing Assistant, you'll spend time in the field working with buyers, assisting with property showings, and helping clients navigate their home search. You'll also learn how a high-performing real estate team operates while gaining practical experience with the systems, tools, and processes used throughout the client journey.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients' search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Utilize team provided technology
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
