About Us

The Sebaus Foundation is dedicated to empowering communities through education, wellness, and entrepreneurship. We are launching a swag shop on Etsy featuring print-on-demand (POD) apparel and merchandise. Proceeds from this shop will directly support our projects, from youth education to community wellness initiatives.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Virtual Volunteer Etsy Print-on-Demand Store Manager to help us set up, launch, and manage our online shop. This role is perfect for someone with experience in e-commerce, POD platforms (like Printify/Printful), or Etsy shop management who wants to use their skills for social good.

In addition to managing the shop, there may be opportunities to teach POD and entrepreneurship skills to youth , inspiring the next generation of creators and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Shop Setup & Management
  • Configure and launch the Sebaus Foundation’s Etsy POD shop.
  • Upload designs, create product listings, and optimize titles, tags, and descriptions for visibility.
  • Manage product variations (sizes, colors) and ensure accurate mockups.
  • Oversee order flow between Etsy and Printify/Printful.
• Marketing & Branding
  • Collaborate with our team to align shop branding with the foundation’s mission.
  • Suggest strategies for social media promotion and customer engagement.
• Training & Mentorship (Optional)
  • Lead virtual workshops or mentoring sessions for kids and teens on POD basics.
  • Share insights on entrepreneurship, design, and online business.
• Reporting & Impact
  • Track shop performance and provide updates on sales and proceeds.
  • Suggest improvements to maximize fundraising impact.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Etsy, Printify, Printful, Amazon or other POD platforms.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic design knowledge (Canva, Photoshop, or similar) a plus.
• Passion for education, youth empowerment, and social impact.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual setting.
