Job Summary
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse (RN) positions are available in a healthcare facility. These roles involve providing specialized care for Neonates, including high-risk deliveries, neonatal resuscitation, and intensive patient management in a Level III NICU. The positions require experienced RNs committed to delivering quality patient care within a fast-paced, interdisciplinary environment.

Job Details

• Position Description: NICU RN at a Level III NICU caring for approximately 190 births per month, with responsibilities including managing critically ill neonates, performing high-risk procedures, and supporting family education.
• Required Qualifications: Active BLS, NRP, and PALS certifications; valid state license (compact license accepted); at least 2 years of neonatal intensive care experience, including 1 year in the specialty; and a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: May float to neighboring units for neonatal care, with a preference for candidates experienced in managing complex neonatal cases and equipped with skills such as arterial line management, intubations, and management of ventilators.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must include responses to prior work at a Providence facility, references covering 1 year or 6 months for CNAs, and RTO requests at the time of application.
