Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (from an accredited program)
• Active SLP state licensure or eligibility to obtain one
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFs will be considered
• Previous school-based SLP experience is an advantage
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Flexibility to collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Role Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders among PreK-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
• Provide direct therapy services both individually and in group settings
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and prepare required reports
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to case conferences as needed
• Educate and consult with teachers and families on communication strategies and supports
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students
