Sr. Manager, Sales Operations

Job Title

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as escalation point for customer quoting, inquiries, issues, and complex requests to ensure timely resolution
• Oversee and guide team handling of quoting, customer inquiries, order processing, and product information to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Ensure proper review and understanding of customer-provided drawings and specifications across the team
• Manage and monitor the end-to-end lifecycle of customer requests from inquiry through production and delivery
• Oversee handling of order modifications, cancellations, and returns to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Ensure consistent and disciplined quote follow-up processes, including reporting, status tracking, and coordination with third-party vendors
• Drive coordination and alignment across internal departments (sales, operations, logistics, finance) to improve efficiency and customer experience
• Ensure customer data and records are accurately maintained within CRM systems
• Establish expectations and accountability for accurate tracking of customer interactions and account activity in CRM tools
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance overall customer experience

What We Are Looking For

• Requires a bachelor's degree.
• Requires at least 8 years related experience.
• Requires at least 3 years' experience as a manager.
• Must be able to train, evaluate, and direct the work of assigned employees.
• Requires ability to establish policies and manage business and operational aspects of inside sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including effective listening skills.
• Requires extensive knowledge of the organization, products, and services. May require advanced problem solving.

What We Offer

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $121,000 - $159,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
