About Our Agency Our agency opened in 2004 and has grown into a team of nine who are focused on kindness, education, and doing what’s best for our customers. Before becoming an agent, I worked in two corporate roles with State Farm and also spent time as a team member, which gave me a well‑rounded understanding of the business and how to support both customers and staff. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and am married with two daughters and four grandchildren. Family is a big part of my life, and that sense of care and connection carries into the way our office operates. I also stay involved in the community by volunteering with Habitat for Humanity, helping support local housing efforts and giving back whenever I can. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. Qualifications Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Ready to Launch Your Career?
