Senior Administrative Assistant

EXCITING EA ROLE! Private Equity or Venture Capital Admin experience required.

Executive Assistant/ Sr. Administrative Assistant to team- a mix of a very senior Managing Director, plus 3-6 professionals- a mix of Analysts and Associates. Bustling office is located in Boston- 4days weekly in office, 1 work from home, 100% company paid benefits!

The Company & Capacity: Established and growing alternative investments firm has an exciting opportunity for an EA/ AA with experience from an alternative investments setting. Its a mid- sized office with a fast pace and the entire team in Mondays through Thursdays- including a substantial admin team.

What youll do: you'll orchestrate calendars, manage complex meetings, travel (domestic and international), and expenses. You'll cover for admin team colleagues as needed and will also be in rotation to assist with firmwide event and conference planning.

About you: ideally, you will have about 3-5 years of experience supporting a team in an alternative investments firm setting (I wish this was a flexible requirement, but the hiring company will only accept resumes for candidates with this experience). Youre experienced with booking domestic travel, meeting management, expense reporting, juggling executive priorities, and proficient with MS Office. You would love to work in the Boston 4 days per week and would welcome becoming part of a great admin team!
