Job Title: Assembler

Location: Madison Heights, MI

Pay Range: $18.00 to $22.00/hr

Shifts: Monday- Thursday 6:00am to 4:30pm

Friday-Saturday 5:00pm to 5:30am

What’s the Job?

• Perform bench and structural assembly of parts, components, and finished products.

• Package, box, and bag products according to quality and production standards.

• Operate assembly and packaging equipment, powered conveyors, bagging machines, and hand/power tools.

• Follow work instructions, safety guidelines, and quality procedures to ensure product excellence.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives, workplace organization (5S), and team-based problem solving.

What’s Needed?

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.

• Understanding of basic lean manufacturing concepts.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to perform basic math calculations and maintain production records
