Die Privatklinik Klinikum Schloss Lütgenhof ist eine psychosomatische Akutklinik, arbeitet nach dem Konzept der Personalen Medizin (Integrierte Psychosomatik, Innere Medizin, Psychotherapie) und ist vorwiegend tiefenpsychologisch sowie verhaltenstherapeutisch orientiert. Nach umfassender biperspektivischer Diagnostik (biomedizinisch und psychosozial) umfasst die stationäre/teilstationäre/ambulante Therapie neben der ärztlich-medizinischen Behandlung tiefenpsychologisch fundierte Einzel- und Gruppentherapie, kreativtherapeutische und körperzentrierte Verfahren wie Autogenes Training, PMR und Funktionelle Entspannung sowie verhaltenstherapeutische Verfahren.
In unserer Klinik behandeln wir Patienten (m/w/d) mit den verschiedensten psychosomatischen und somatopsychischen Erkrankungen. Diese umfassen eine Vielzahl funktioneller Störungen sowie Ess- und Angststörungen, Schmerz- und Schlafstörungen sowie somatisierte Depressionen und Stressfolge-Erkrankungen. Darüber hinaus werden in unserer Klinik Patienten (m/w/d) mit internistischen, neurologischen, dermatologischen, gynäkologischen und anderen Erkrankungen behandelt, bei denen die Krankheitsbewältigung im Focus steht.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Serviceorientierter und freundlicher Empfang von Patienten, Mitarbeitern und Besuchern
- Erteilung von Auskünften
- Beratung der Patienten bei der Speisen- und Getränkeauswahl
- Umsorgen unserer Patienten durch einen reibungslosen Serviceablauf
- anfallende Vor- und Nachbereitungsarbeiten im Restaurant und bei Veranstaltungen
- Einhaltung der Sicherheits- und Hygienestandards
Ihre Voraussetzungen
- idealerweise eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Restaurantfachkraft (m/w/d) und/oder Berufserfahrung in der Gastronomie oder
- Sie sind Quereinsteiger in der Gastronomie
- Sehr gute Umgangsformen sowie ein freundliches und sicheres Auftreten
- Freude im Umgang mit Patienten und Mitarbeitern
- ausgeprägtes Service- und Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Flexibilität (auch für Wochenend- & Feiertagsarbeit)
- gepflegtes äußeres Erscheinungsbild
- Freude an der Arbeit im Team
