About the Role

The Company is seeking a visionary and strategic VP of Marketing to lead its global marketing function. Key responsibilities for the VP of Marketing at the company include scaling and developing the marketing organization, elevating the company's external profile through PR and thought leadership, and operating as a go-to-market leader. The role requires a candidate with exceptional collaboration skills, particularly in working with sales, product, and finance executives, and a people-first leadership approach to build a culture of continuous feedback and high engagement. While not mandatory, direct experience in climate tech, sustainability, energy management, or the utilities sector is a plus.
