Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical Surgical | $43/hr Flat Rate

Job Description Join a dynamic Float Pool team where you'll have the opportunity to work across multiple Medical-Surgical units while providing exceptional patient care in a collaborative acute care environment. This role is ideal for experienced Med-Surg RNs who are adaptable, flexible, and comfortable floating between units. Schedule: 3x12-Hour Shifts Available Shifts: Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Rotating Weekends) / Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Rotating Weekends) Compensation & Benefits: Pay Rate: $43.00/hour (Flat Rate) Night Shift Differential: $4.25/hour Weekend Differential: $3.00/hour Comprehensive benefits package Sign-On Bonus: Case-by-case basis (Not Guaranteed) Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case basis Requirements: Current Florida RN License or Compact RN License Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Minimum 1 year of current acute care Medical-Surgical RN experience required Must be currently working in a Medical-Surgical setting Flexibility to float between multiple units Candidate must be comfortable with 7:1 Nurse to Patient Ratio Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
