Schedule: 24-hour call coverage with average callback of 2-6 hours per day; clinic volume of approximately 20 patients per day; 3-4 surgical cases per week in the OR

Highlights:

• Join a supportive team of 2 permanent physicians with dedicated physician assistant and medical assistant support
• 99-bed community hospital with modern facilities and Cerner EMR
• Perform 10-15 procedures per week including ureteroscopy, laser lithotripsy, TURP, TURBT, and flexible cystoscopy
• Robotics available for those with experience (not required)
• Disposable flexible cystoscopes provided for convenience
• Credentialing timeframe of approximately 30 days; remote Cerner orientation (4 hours) provided

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Active Arizona state medical license or IMLC LOQ (proof of application required if not yet active)
• Valid DEA registration
• Minimum 1 year of urology experience
• Required procedure competencies: ureteroscopy, laser lithotripsy, TURP, TURBT, flexible cystoscopy
• Preferred skills: TRUS biopsy, in-clinic vasectomy
• COVID-19 and flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered on a case-by-case basis)
