Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and ensure their check-in and check-out processes are smooth and efficient.
• Manage reservations with accuracy, ensuring all guest preferences and special requests are noted and fulfilled.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, providing helpful and clear information to enhance their stay.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area.
• Handle guest concerns with empathy and resolve issues swiftly to ensure satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and room readiness.
• Promote hotel amenities and services, encouraging guests to make the most of their stay with us.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or hospitality roles, showcasing your ability to create positive guest experiences.

• Ability to communicate clearly and warmly, ensuring guests feel welcome and informed throughout their stay.

• Proven track record of managing multiple tasks efficiently, from check-ins to handling guest inquiries.

• Strong problem-solving skills, allowing you to address guest concerns with empathy and swift resolution.

• Familiarity with reservation systems and the ability to manage bookings accurately and efficiently.

• Ability to work collaboratively with team members, fostering a supportive and organized front desk environment.

• Requires a flexible schedule that allows for overnight shift hours.
