If you're passionate about coaching people, driving business results and making a difference every day, we'd love for you to bring your energy and expertise to Freddy's.Responsibilities:Uphold Freddy's standards of Hospitality, Quality and Cleanliness and teach them to the teamLead by example, be vocal and prepared, and demonstrate strong time-management skillsShow a willingness to learn and accept coaching and constructive criticismPractice situational management, expect the unexpected and correct operational mistakes with guest satisfaction as the goalSpend most of your time on the restaurant floor rather than the office, maintaining a sense of urgency and intensityAssess team performance, coach and develop team members and build a positive cultureControl labor and food costs, reduce waste and improve efficiencyMaintain cleanliness and maintenance of the facility and equipmentBuild relationships with guests and handle guest issues with a hospitality-first mindsetManage vendor relationships, product ordering and inventory appropriate to sales volumeUtilize management tools such as spreadsheets, schedules, financial reports (P&L), pars and inventory levels to drive profitability and growthHire, train and motivate staff, coordinate schedules and perform performance analysis to identify opportunities for growthQualifications:At least 1 year of experience as a shift lead or manager in a full-service, casual dining or quick-service restaurantDemonstrated ability to deliver exceptional guest service and develop peopleExperience reading financial statements, sales or activity reports to measure productivity and goal achievementProficiency with desktop software and spreadsheets; experience with labor management and P&Ls is a plusStrong attention to detail and quality standards while managing time and priorities efficientlyAbility to communicate effectively with guests and team membersA dynamic personality and passion for serving high-quality food with a smileAlways focused on profits, sales growth and team developmentPhysical Requirements:Availability to work a variety of hours (days, nights and weekends) within the local metro areaAbility to stand or walk for up to a 10-hour shift and lift up to 40 lbsWillingness to bend, stoop and occasionally use a ladderBenefits:Competitive pay based on experienceComprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental and vision coveragePaid time off accrual and meal allowanceFamily-friendly hours and a culture centered on teamwork and hospitalityPaid training and clear advancement opportunities for those who demonstrate pride, service and attention to detailJoin us!
