Full Time Maintenance Coordinator - Property Management

Maintenance Manager The Maintenance Manager is responsible for supervising assigned maintenance staff and overseeing all daily maintenance activities of water and/or wastewater treatment facilities. Duties include planning, scheduling, and delivery of preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance functions at assigned water and/or wastewater facilities. Oversees and co-ordinates the efficient and effective mechanical operation of the Project by: Supervising and directing assigned maintenance staff Ensuring that prescribed maintenance schedules and policies and procedures are followed. Ensuring all preventive and predictive corrective maintenance tasks are completed as scheduled. Assessing and prioritizing maintenance functions. Working with Project or Plant Manager to improve mechanical systems and benchmark optimal maintenance efficiencies. Implementing improvements to operating systems and procedures including computerized maintenance management and work order programs. Recommending changes in employment, salary and performance ratings for assigned employees. Allocating work and assisting in training personnel. Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems Strong general computer skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint Working knowledge of pumps, motors, equipment and electrical systems typically found in water or wastewater systems Knowledge of water and wastewater operations a plus Strong problem-solving skills and ability to trouble shoot mechanical and electrical systems Supervisory experience in directing maintenance staff Completion of an Associate’s Degree program in maintenance technology, 7-10 years of maintenance experience in an industrial or utility setting or an equivalent combination of education and experience. familiarity with workorder and maintenance management systems, demonstrated ability to direct and prioritize maintenance activities and supervisory experience leading a maintenance team in an industrial or utility setting.
