Frontend Developer - AI Trainer

Salary: $104,000 - 208,000 per year Requirements: We require native-level or bilingual fluency in English. We need strong proficiency in at least one of these languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift. We expect excellent writing ability and strong command of grammar. We require a bachelors degree, completed or currently in progress. We prefer prior experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer. We can only consider candidates based in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand. Responsibilities: We assign a variety of coding challenges to help train our AI systems. We expect you to produce clean, well-structured code examples and thorough explanations. We rely on you to review AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability. We ask you to share detailed feedback that helps improve future AI model performance. We may have you build applications with rich functionality and work on data analysis or visualization tasks. We use a short assessment as our screening step before paid projects become available.
