Job Opportunity: Gynecology Physician

Our organization, affiliated with a prominent hospital, is expanding its physician practice, which encompasses a diverse range of specialties including cardiology, gynecology, endocrinology, hepatology, internal medicine, family practice, organ transplantation, pediatrics, bariatrics, geriatrics, and surgery. With 34 locations across the Tampa Bay area, we provide comprehensive medical services for families, ensuring accessibility, affordability, and opportunities for our healthcare providers.

We are currently in search of a compassionate and patient-focused Gynecology Physician to enhance our women's health team. This position offers a well-rounded experience, combining inpatient consultations, surgical procedures, and outpatient clinic responsibilities. The ideal candidate will prioritize high-quality, evidence-based care while emphasizing patient experience, teamwork, and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive gynecologic care in both inpatient and outpatient environments.
• Conduct routine and advanced gynecologic procedures and surgeries, including minimally invasive techniques.
• Oversee inpatient consultations, admissions, and necessary follow-up care.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including nursing staff, advanced practice providers, and specialty services.
• Participate in shared on-call duties.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Adhere to organizational standards for quality, safety, and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Eligibility for state medical licensure.
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
