Med-Surg / Tele RN Travel Contract

Weekly Hours:
• 36/48 Alternating Schedule
• Week 1: 36 Hours (3x12s)
• Week 2: 48 Hours (4x12s)
• Average: 42 hrs/week

Shift:
• Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• 3x12 or 4x12 schedule depending on pay period

Unit Details:
• Expanding Unit
• Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:5–1:6

Required Certifications:
• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)
• NIHSS

License Requirement:
• Active WV RN License or Compact RN License

EMR:
• Meditech

Required Experience:
• 2+ years current acute care experience
• Telemetry experience preferred
• Comfortable with Med-Surg/Tele patient population

Schedule Requirements:
• Every Other Weekend Required
• Block Scheduling Not Available

Floating:
• Required within scope of practice based on facility needs
