Foothills Billing Solutions is a growing medical billing company that supports busy mental health providers. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Mental Health Billing Specialist to join our in-office team full-time. What You’ll Do: Verify patient insurance benefits and eligibility Submit, track, and follow up on insurance claims Post insurance payments, patient payments, and adjustments Communicate with insurance companies regarding claim issues Respond to client and team emails in a timely, professional manner Assist with other administrative and computer-based tasks as needed What We’re Looking For: Recent medical billing experience (required) Strong understanding of insurance claims, EOBs, and denial management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts Dependable, professional, and team-oriented In-office role Competitive starting pay based on experience and skill Full benefits package Stable, supportive work environment We are a small but growing company that values integrity, accountability, and teamwork.
