Registered Nurse, Case ManagementARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, Case Management (Day Shift) in Doylestown, Pennsylvania.LocationDoylestown, PAAssignment DurationThis is a 13-week contract position.Schedule/ShiftThe position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with start times ranging from 8 AM to 9 AM for 8.5 hours. Weekend shifts are required once every four weeks.Job DescriptionThis role involves managing patient care efficiently through a collaborative approach with healthcare teams. The successful candidate will assist with communication among physicians, patients, and families, ensuring that care plans are being followed and adjusted as necessary.ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive assessments of patients to ensure effective care planning.Coordinate services across multiple disciplines to provide integrated care.Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.Educate patients and their families about treatment options and care plans.Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.Required ExperienceMinimum of 2+ years of acute care Case Manager experience is required.Certifications/LicensureActive Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania is required.Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is mandatory.About ARMStaffingFounded in 2011 and a member of the ARGroup, LLC, ARMStaffing connects dedicated nurses and allied health professionals with the facilities that need them most.
