Job Title: Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) Location: Sandia Senior Suites – Albuquerque, NM Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN Shift: Days, Nights, Weekends

Position Summary: We seek a compassionate and reliable Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, person-centered care and support to residents in our long-term care community, promoting their comfort, safety, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding

Provide mobility assistance such as transfers, ambulation, and use of assistive devices

Take and record vital signs and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and observations

Support residents' emotional and social needs with compassion and dignity

Ensure a clean, safe, and homelike environment at all times

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members

Adhere to all facility policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations

Qualifications:

Valid CNA certification in the state of New Mexico

High school diploma or GED

Previous experience in long-term care or a similar setting preferred

Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)

Strong interpersonal skills and a heart for senior care

Ability to lift, move, and transfer residents as needed

Reliable, punctual, and a team player
