responsibilities:

• Execute systematic loop checks for all instrumented loops in accordance with approved procedures and specifications.

• Simulate process signals to verify accurate transmission, scaling, and indication across the control system.

• Validate alarm and trip setpoints, as well as interlock behaviors, alongside control system engineers.

• Verify precise I/O channel assignments, tag configurations, and engineering unit scaling in end-devices.

• Test correct field device operations for final control elements and perform functional checks of field-mounted indicators.
