Intervention Specialist: Long Term Substitute School: FAIRFIELD COMPASS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, 2026-2027 School Year Location: Fairfield, Ohio Job Description Must hold a valid Ohio teaching certificate/license in Special Education or an appropriate substitute license. The role includes working cross-categorically in resource rooms and/or inclusionary settings, providing instructional services to IEP-identified students with behavioral and social/emotional needs. Responsibilities also involve collaborating closely with special education personnel and classroom teachers, attending IEP and ETR meetings as directed by principals and/or Special Services, and may include working with a team of teachers and/or extended standards curriculum where students take the alternate assessment. Must be properly licensed in grade level, subject, and student population. Qualifications Valid Ohio teaching certificate/license in Special Education or appropriate substitute license.
