What You'll Do

• Conduct mental health screenings and assessments using available records and clinical interviews
• Provide treatment by developing, implementing, and adjusting individualized treatment plans
• Deliver mental health counseling and crisis interventions based on patient needs
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations and treatment activities in the healthcare record
• Support individuals through evidence-informed psychological counseling theory and techniques
• Protect and uphold strict confidentiality of sensitive information

What You Need

• Current licensure as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
• Ability to perform responsibilities at a pace consistent with job performance requirements
• U.S. citizenship for ICE clearance (full clearance may take 60+ days)
