Supply Chain Analyst

We are always looking for talented individuals seeking to build a career and join the Wixon family. Wixon has an immediate opening for Supply Chain Analyst in our Supply Chain Department. This role transforms operational data into actionable initiatives that improve service performance, plant production planning, schedule attainment, and schedule stability Key Responsibilities Extract, analyze, and interpret data from ERP and scheduling systems to support operations. Develop and maintain reports on service performance, capacity utilization, schedule attainment, and S&OP. Identify performance gaps in order fulfillment, forecast accuracy, and on-time delivery. Investigate root causes of issues and implement actions to improve performance. Lead analysis related to late orders, material shortages, and capacity constraints. Quantify operational and financial impacts of performance gaps. Collaborate with Supply Chain teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Develop and maintain Excel-based reporting tools and automate processes while ensuring data accuracy.
