Junior Account Executive - Entry Level

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Account Executive to join our growing Event Marketing and Fundraising team. This entry-level role is designed for individuals looking to develop strong client-facing skills, gain hands-on business experience, and grow into leadership positions. You will support client accounts, assist with outreach initiatives, and help drive engagement for nonprofit and commercial campaigns. Key Responsibilities Serve as a point of contact for assigned client accounts under the guidance of senior team members. Support outreach efforts to increase donor participation and community engagement. Communicate campaign goals, updates, and key messaging to clients and stakeholders. Assist in maintaining strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and engagement. Track account activity and maintain accurate records of interactions and progress. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client objectives are met. Support event and campaign-related outreach activities as needed. Participate in training programs focused on sales, communication, and leadership development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or fundraising experience is a plus but not required. Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic. Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team. Preferred Skills Relationship-building and client communication skills. Basic understanding of sales or account management principles. Public speaking and presentation abilities. Familiarity with CRM tools or data tracking systems (a plus).
