The selected candidate will be appointed to the faculty of the University of Arizona, with a rank commensurate with their experience and qualifications. • Board certified or board eligible in OB/GYN
• AZ medical license obtained by start date
• Lead Labor and Delivery during coverage
• Coverage of in-house GYN consults
• Passion for teaching at all levels, including medical students and residents
• (156) 12-hour shift/year, day vs night pay differential, 1-6 deliveries daily, Urgent Gyn from ED
• Collaborative team player with a desire to practice and engage in an academic setting (18 residents currently and expanding to 20 over the next few years!)
• 20 faculty in department with a mix of longevity and recent program graduates
• Experience preferred but enthusiastic new graduates are encouraged to apply
