Role: Ad Ops (Buying) Supervisor

Duration: ASAP through EOY

Location: Remote

Hours/wk: 13 hours/week (with potential for more in the future)

Hourly Rate: $75/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Managing campaign flighting, budget adjustments, and plan changes.
• Maintaining marketplace information with high accuracy.
• Building, launching, and optimizing campaigns with complete autonomy across social and programmatic platforms, including Meta, X, LinkedIn, DV360, and YouTube.
• Collaborating across teams while maintaining the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Qualifications

• Experience: 4+ years of relevant work experience in Ad Operations or Media Buying.
• Platform Expertise: Hands-on, expert-level experience with Meta, X, LinkedIn, DV360, and YouTube.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is a must.
• Soft Skills: Outstanding collaboration skills, a disciplined work ethic, and an innate curiosity for testing new strategies and platforms.
• Mindset: You are a proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of your work and thrives when given the autonomy to drive results.
