Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team. As an Occupational Therapist at Mountain View Care Center, you will work closely with our patients to develop individualized treatment plans that promote functional independence, improve quality of life, and enhance overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve patient outcomes
• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care
• Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers to promote patient empowerment and independence
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously enhance patient care

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
