HRIS Analyst

Lead configuration and maintenance across Workday HCM modules, including business process frameworks, security roles, and integrations Support and test bi-annual Workday releases, enhancements, and new functionality Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with stakeholders and vendors Ensure HR data accuracy, integrity, and compliance through audits and controls Manage integrations and data feeds between Workday and downstream systems Design, build, and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and recurring or ad hoc reporting Analyze HR data trends and provide actionable insights for HR, leadership, and business decisions Identify HR process and system usability improvements and lead or support HRIS implementations, upgrades, and integrations Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and liaise between technical and non-technical teams Develop system documentation, job aids, and process workflows Train HR users and business leaders on Workday functionality and updates Requirements Bachelor's degree required 5+ years of experience supporting HR technology with Workday HCM experience required Workday implementation experience is a plus Strong judgment, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Experience developing and executing test plans and test cases Proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint Ability to identify operational issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement effective solutions High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and collaboration skills Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences Demonstrated ability to appropriately handle confidential information Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Workday HCM configuration, maintenance, and reporting, with a strong focus on data integrity and compliance.
