Recovery & Reentry Peer Support Specialist
Foundations Health Solutions
Universal Health Services seeks a Certified Peer Support Specialist for an OTP Clinic to support individuals in reentry and jail diversion programs, leveraging lived recovery experience to promote engagement and positive outcomes.
The role coordinates with case managers, discharge planners, and reentry staff to provide outreach and wrap-around services for MAT program participants; hours 6am-2pm.
