Senior Manager, IT Platform Product & Experience

Salary: $170,000 - 195,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a Bachelors degree with 8 years of experience in applications development, analysis, or engineering, or a High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of experience in applications development, analysis, or engineering.
• We need 5+ years of experience leading Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, Cloud, or Infrastructure teams.
• We are looking for demonstrated leadership in Internal Developer Platform strategy and adoption.
• We expect experience owning budgets and roadmaps.
• We value experience across IDP, Platform Engineering, Developer Experience, Service Catalogs, Golden Paths, GitOps, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and Platform Automation.
• We require familiarity with DevSecOps.
• We prefer experience with API-first architecture.
• We look for strong product management experience.
• Preferred expertise includes Kubernetes, cloud platforms, policy-as-code, platform observability, platform analytics, and AI-assisted engineering.
• We value experience integrating developer platforms with source control, CI/CD, automation, cloud, security, observability, ITSM, and artifact management ecosystems.

• We lead the Product & Experience pillar within the Platform Engineering Hub.
• We own the strategy, roadmap, adoption, governance, and lifecycle management of our enterprise Internal Developer Platform.
• We drive developer experience outcomes across the platform.
• We oversee service catalog governance and golden path design.
• We build self-service engineering capabilities.
• We advance platform analytics, GitOps enablement, Infrastructure as Code adoption, and AI-enabled engineering experiences.
• We build and scale Internal Developer Platforms.
• We establish and expand developer experience programs.
• We create self-service engineering capabilities.
• We integrate engineering ecosystems.
• We apply product management practices to improve adoption, satisfaction, and productivity.
• We support leadership and talent development across the team.

We are a remote role open across multiple markets in the United States. We offer a competitive total rewards package, with base pay generally ranging from $170,000 to $195,000 depending on skills, experience, location, and other lawful factors. Total compensation may also include incentives, bonuses, benefits, or other awards. We provide a thoughtfully designed benefits program as part of our commitment to supporting our associates.
