Description of the role:
The Cashier position at Heim BBQ - Mockingbird in Dallas, Texas, is responsible for handling customer transactions and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities:- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions.
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer customer questions and provide information about menu items.
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.
- Prior experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- $12 per hour compensation plus tips.
