In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations — keeping projects on track, clients happy, and our team moving forward. Responsibilities: Oversee sign projects from initial concept and design approval through fabrication and installation Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the project lifecycle Coordinate schedules and workflows between design, production, and installation teams Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-budget completion Identify and resolve project risks, bottlenecks, and issues proactively Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and status reports Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure quality standards are met Requirements: 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in signage, manufacturing, or a related industry Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and team interaction Proficiency with project management tools and software (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, or similar) Ability to read and interpret design files, blueprints, or production specifications is a plus Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment PMP certification or equivalent training is a plus but not required About BlackFire Signs & Graphics: Blackfire Signs & Graphics is a growing, customer-focused sign company dedicated to delivering high-quality signage solutions that make a lasting impression.
