Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY accepted
• Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Collaborative mindset with educators and families
• Familiarity with IEP procedures and documentation

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students with speech, language, and communication challenges
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Deliver targeted therapy sessions, both individually and in groups
• Maintain timely progress reports and IEP documentation
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families regarding student needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
• Provide guidance to support staff and educational partners
