Position Overview Zarminali Pediatrics is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Behavioral Health team member to join our growing team in Washington D.C. This role is embedded within our integrative care model, partnering closely with pediatric providers, care teams, and families to deliver coordinated, child‑centered behavioral health care through telehealth visits and technology‑enabled collaboration. What You’ll Do Clinical Assessment & Care: Deliver high‑quality pediatric behavioral health assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans tailored to each child and family. Patient Population: Provide behavioral health services to pediatric patients, supporting a wide range of developmental, emotional, and behavioral needs. Growth & Emotional Well‑Being: Promote emotional development and resilience through early identification, therapeutic intervention, and evidence‑based care. Family Engagement & Education: Engage and educate families to reinforce understanding, alignment, and participation in care. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with pediatric providers, care teams, and multispecialty partners to deliver coordinated, whole‑child care in a virtual environment. Virtual Patient Care: Provide compassionate, effective care through telehealth platforms while maintaining strong patient engagement and clinical quality. Advocate: Supports children and caregivers by meeting them where they are and connecting them with appropriate resources. Collaborative: Partners with pediatricians and interdisciplinary care team members to deliver coordinated care. Tech‑Forward: Uses telehealth and digital tools effectively to support patient care and documentation. Growth‑Oriented: Engages in continuous learning and evidence‑based practice improvement. Family First: Centers care on family values through empathetic, collaborative, and evidence‑based guidance. What You’ll Need Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited program. Current and unrestricted license to practice as an LPC or LCSW or LMFT in Washington D.C. Minimum of 2 to 3 years post‑licensure experience providing therapy, assessment, or behavioral health services to pediatric patients ages 3‑18 in a pediatric, family, or integrated care setting. Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, team‑based environment that values integration between behavioral and physical health. Experience assessing and treating pediatric behavioral health conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, behavioral challenges, trauma, and adjustment concerns. Experience delivering care through telehealth or virtual platforms strongly preferred. What We Offer Hybrid work environment with flexibility to support work‑life balance. Salary ranges may vary based on geographic location, local market conditions, state‑specific factors, and individual qualifications, including years of experience, education, and scope of responsibility. Actual compensation will be determined based on job‑related factors such as experience, skills, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for additional productivity or performance‑based bonus incentives.
