Responsibilities of Breaders:

Precise product preparation:

• Filet raw chicken breasts to the proper size
• Marinate chicken according to brand standards
• Hand-make chicken using a seasoned peeler

Compliance with food safety and quality standards:

• Follow exact recipes and preparation techniques
• Maintain control of portions and consistency
• Handle raw poultry safely to avoid contamination
• Follow sanitation guidelines and cleaning schedules
• Comply with health department regulations

Maintain a clean and safe environment:

• Keep the breading station clean and fully stocked
• Rotate inventory (FIFO method)

Demonstrate a service heart:

• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
• Show a sense of urgency to keep up with fast-paced demand during peak times
