Salary Range $50.00 - $55.00 Commission

Description

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide professional manicures, pedicures, nail shaping, and polish application.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized work area in accordance with health and safety standards.
• Greet members warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout each visit.
• Assess member needs and recommend appropriate nail care treatments or products.
• Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and products.
• Follow scheduling, time management, and service protocols to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support the overall member experience by maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of service and hospitality
• Requires excellent interpersonal skills. Must be able to speak and understand English.

Minimum Education/Prior Experience/Qualifications Required:

• Must hold current Massachusetts License
• Prior club spa experience a plus

Standard Club Requirements:

Employees are expected to present a clean and neat appearance while on the job. Clothing is to be kept clean and pressed. Personal cleanliness is expected, including wearing deodorant, bathing and oral hygiene. Excessive make-up and jewelry is not permitted. Employees are expected to arrive to work on time and leave personal belongings at home or in a locker. Employees should conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner when dealing with members, management and other staff
