Lovelace Medical Group is searching for a skilled BE/BC Pulmonary/Critical Care Physician for an employed opportunity in beautiful Albuquerque, New Mexico. About the Position: Team of 6 pulmonary/critical care physicians, 1 intensivist, and 2 outpatient NPs Work in inpatient and outpatient settings Serve a 263‑bed Lovelace Medical Center 20‑bed ICU (CVICU is 16 beds) NP night assistance in ICU Procedures include bronchoscopy (ION), central venous access, arterial catheter placement, and thoracentesis APP support in ICUs and in the clinic Clinic located on the hospital campus, offering 13 exam rooms, 3 PFT rooms, and onsite testing (PFT, CPET, Methacholine Challenge, 6MWT, Titration Walks, biologic injections) Epic EMR Recruitment Package may include: Base salary + wRVU production incentive CME allowance Sign‑on bonus Medical debt assistance and consultative services by Navigate Student Loans Relocation allowance Residency stipend Paid malpractice coverage Health benefits and retirement plan Marketing and practice growth assistance J‑1 waiver support via State Conrad 30, ARC, DRA, HHS based on location and specialty H1b visa support O‑1 visa support Student Loan Repayment Assistance: The New Mexico Health Professional Loan Repayment Program (HPLRP) provides eligible providers with up to $75,000 in repayment assistance for outstanding student loans.
