Thisis nota role for someone curious about AI.It'sfor someonewho'salready living and working in it.How You’ll Make an Impact:Own end-to-end design across multiple product areas — from zero to shippedUse AI tools daily to move faster, prototype smarter, and go further than traditional workflows allowBuild independently when needed — prototypes, working flows, even production-ready workPartner closely with product managers, engineers, and data to make decisions quickly and ship with convictionRaise the bar on craft — not just what looks good, but whatactually worksfor customersMentor other designers and help the team level up in an AI-native way of workingWhat You Bring:10+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolioBachelor’s or Master's degree in a design-related filed, computer science, or human-computer interactionYou use AI tools in your actual workflow — not as a demo, but as a daily driverBonus if you vibe-code, prototype in code, or have shipped something you built yourselfStrong instincts for whatmakesa product feel right, not just look rightExperience in a fast-moving environment where the roadmap changes and you adaptFigma fluency is a given; what matters more is what you do beyond itBonus: B2B/SaaS product experienceBonus: HTML/CSS or front-end chopsBonus: Experience designing AI products or workflowsLocationThis is a hybrid role based in our Palo Alto HQ. We collaborate in-office 3 days a week.Base SalaryThe range for this role is $175K - $200K.
