No. of Hours: 40 Hours/Week

Interview Type: Webcasting (Candidate must be on camera)

Work Schedule: 8-hour days between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM with a 30-minute unpaid lunch.

Position Summary:-
• The selected candidate will design and implement software solutions and ensure that current and new technologies are effectively integrated to fulfill business needs.
• The consultant will implement Integrated Justice Portal standards related to application technologies, including UI standards, development methodology, and coding and style guides.
• The consultant will provide technical leadership, application architecture, development oversight, technical guidance, and integration support for enterprise applications.

Responsibilities:-
• The selected consultant will perform, but not be limited to, the following activities:
• Implement Integrated Justice Portal standards related to application technologies, including UI standards, development methodology, and coding and style guides.
• Act as the primary technical liaison with technical infrastructure teams to resolve problems and implement solutions to technical issues impacting application performance.
• Work with the Infrastructure team to execute activities such as performance test planning and execution, failover planning and execution, endurance testing, and deployment planning and testing.
• Provide analysis, design, development, and code review of enterprise applications using JAVA/JEE, JSF, XML, XSLT, and IBM Portal/WebSphere application development software.
• Perform oversight of development activities, including data analysis, data access, data structures, data manipulation, preparation of logical database models, testing, and implementation.
• Prepare and/or review technical documentation such as designs and schemas.
• Provide technical guidance to a team of developers.

Required Skills:
• 84+ months of experience leading agile or iterative development teams involving planning, designing, implementing, and integrating complex Java-based systems.
• 84+ months of experience designing and developing applications implemented with Java Development Kit (JDK 1.8 or higher).
• 84+ months of experience with Oracle 10g or higher, including development, DML, DDL, DCL, and PL/SQL.
• 72+ months of experience designing and developing applications using PrimeFaces/JSF, Angular, and/or React.
• 72+ months of experience designing, developing, and deploying applications using IBM WebSphere Application Server 6.0 or higher, Tomcat Server 9 or higher, or JBoss Application Server 7 or higher.
• 72+ months of experience identifying and resolving application performance issues.
